For $30 as opposed to $15, the complete collection offers tremendous value, particularly for mappers who have only the annual CC3+ license seeking permanent licensing. However, it's clearly an even better deal for map-making newbies considering you even get introductory guides to facilitate learning. The one caveat here though you can redeem the deal on any platform, the software is only usable on Windows.
Philanthropic Aspect
