Iran is ready to restart nuclear discussions with Washington provided that it is approached with "respect" and "respect", Tehran's top diplomat has stated.

Abbas Araghchi said solely negotiations worked, and revealed new appeals had originated from mediators to reopen talks with the US government. Afterward, European countries used their right to reinstate global restrictions, but Iran insists they have not had a substantial consequence.
